Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign equipment and resources to execute inbound receiving, interplant transfers and outbound issuing activities, per defined schedule cutoff and in conformance to SOP/WI.
  • Review and define logistics systems and procedures to meet operation requirements effectively and efficiently
  • Evaluate suppliers' and contractors' performance (MHE, packaging consumables, waste management, etc) based on transparent service and supply consistency criteria.
  • Embed lean and safety culture into operational practices, to lead logistics initiatives that serve the company Values.
  • Verify raw material received against factory specifications (SKU, Qty, Lot, PO and COA, etc.) during receiving of goods on Invoice. Verify the documentation of received materials from suppliers are in correct order (Invoice, PO, COA, Delivery Note, Packing List, Permit, etc).
  • Issue Pick List for picking from SAP following FIFO or FEFO system.
  • Verify raw material or consumables/operating supplies to Production, in accordance to defined SOP/WI and planned schedule.

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ or Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in manufacturing (inplant logistics) or 3PL warehousing environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
