You support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting customer experience in line with the H&M brand and values.

You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity to make us the No.

1 fashion destination.

You meet the expectations of customers and colleagues at all times, as well as following all H&M procedures and standards.


Selling
Fashion Knowledge

  • Ensure you are uptodate with current Fashion trends and styling techniques so you can anticipate your customers' needs.
  • Share, inspire and educate your team on seasonal trend information.
Direct customer service

  • Ensure you meet customer expectations on direct service according to H&M standards.
  • Support the store to achieve excellent customer service.
Indirect customer service

  • Ensure your visual team follows up the Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. Ensure you have wellstyled GTL mannequins in windows and in store and make sure garment presentation is in line with the concept ID.
  • Guarantee your team creates a clear red thread from windows to Aarea with wearable buying suggestions.
  • Lead the store team to ensure high quality, commercial garment presentation.
  • Provide good concept flow by maintaining the concept layout, fixtures and navigation.
  • Ensure good garment care.
  • Qualityassure that the launch and maintenance of all sales campaigns and activities are on time, in line with H&M standards and optimised for the store.
Drive sales targets

  • Ensure the visual level in store can compete effectively in the local market by identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
  • Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPIs to the management team.
  • Initiate changes to improve the business together with the Store Manager

Team
Training & Development

  • Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the visuals and store teams.
  • Ensure and execute visual training for all colleagues to support garment presentation in line with the Commercial Handbook.
  • Ensure succession planning within the store visual team with Area Visual.
  • Execute and ensure store visual recruitment with the Store Manager.
  • Support the Country and Area with expansion needs.
Visual Store Operational Routines

  • Ensure your team carries out Sample picking to create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions.
  • Ensure your team follows best practice on quantity, condition and maintenance for all Visual Merchandiser material and visual scheme orders, display stock and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
  • Ensure your team keeps the visual room organised and safe.
  • Ensure you share information with your team on Commercial Handbook seasonal changes and continue to evaluate throughout the season.
  • Ensure you provide updates of all VM information material in the store.
  • Ensure that the store always has enough Sale and Activity material.
Communication & legal requirements

  • Ensure that all communication in the windows and sales floor complies with local legislation.
  • Ensure you keep the whole store team uptodate with business performance, new initiatives and other relevant issues.
  • Assess the professional and personal needs of your colleagues in store and initiate action accordingly

Profitability

  • Keep uptodate with products and sales activities
  • Set store visual goals with the Store Manager; facilitate them and do followups
  • Followup on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets
  • Plan and prioritise the commercial workload according to business needs and budget
