We serve unique specialty drinks and strive to serve our customers with exceptional service and quality food and beverages.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs
  • Prepare a variety of espressobased beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
  • Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn)
  • Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
  • Maintain product taste and quality stability
  • Monitor coffee bean and other supply's qualities
  • Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
  • Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders
  • Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties

Requirements:

  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Basic barista experience
  • Must work on weekends and public holidays

Benefits:

  • 5 day work week, 45 hours per week
  • Staff meals are provided
