We are currently looking for dedicated DevSecOps, Assistant Principal Engineer to be part of our Cyber team responsible for devising and providing secure infrastructure and services. In collaboration with the team, you will tackle challenging roles by delivering top-notch and safe enterprise software solutions.

What to expect:

  • Working closely with Product Teams to implement various automation for streamlining developer workflows spanning from application development to deployment while integrating security practices into the DevOps workflow
  • Developing and managing application release management workflows through custom integrations and tools with existing CI/CD products
  • Creating automated test cases for developed products and ensuring comprehensive test coverage
  • Promoting modern software engineering practices like code review and security compliance checks
  • Deploying and overseeing monitoring tools for infrastructure performance, utilization, and health monitoring of applications in data centers
  • Diagnosing system issues and providing solutions across platform and application domains
  • Taking charge of end-to-end solutions offered by teams throughout the organization
  • Establishing a configuration management system for business continuity management and automating disaster recovery measures
  • Provisioning virtual machines, databases, application containers, and licenses for the development team
  • Enhancing existing processes, automation, best practices, and documentation

How to succeed:

  • A passion for automation, standardization, and best practices in software development and testing
  • A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
  • Experience in working with high availability, high performance, highly secure, multi-data center systems
  • Proficiency in three or more programming/scripting languages
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces
  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies and collaborating closely with product development teams
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Motivated, self-directed, with strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
  • Experience and proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure with a focus on Chef for configuration management
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bamboo, Nexus Repo, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Chef Automate, TestComplete, Selenium, etc.
  • Knowledge of RPM file deployment, management, and design
  • Experience in infrastructure security focusing on Linux and Windows server hardening
  • Experience in security testing and secure coding
  • Security knowledge spanning Linux, Apache, Nginx, Java, IIS, and Windows
  • Understanding of disaster recovery, system backup, and restore
  • Experience with one or more virtualization technologies (KVM, Xen, VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes, LXC
  • Demonstrated work experience and expertise in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
