Accountable for the dry cargo fleet operations managing more than 40 vessels, covering all aspects including HSE, technical, marine, cargo, crewing, budgets, and compliance (safety and environment).

Accountable for managing the unit's P&L, employee environment, customer management including client interaction and business development.

Leadership of a community of c. 40 professional across various functions (e.

technical, QHSE, operations, fleet management, etc.) This position must also ensure they work seamlessly with their peers (e.

g:
MD's) and functional partners (e.

g:
QHSE, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to remove silos and maximise the total performance of Anglo-Eastern in their remit.

Competences and Experience
Should possess 15-20 years of relevant experience.
