[Pet Grooming Assistant]

You will assist our groomers in executing the operations of our grooming salon. You are expected to be able to do basic grooming for dogs and puppies.


You must have a strong desire to learn on the job and must not be afraid to get your hands dirty or to confront difficult situations.


Responsibilities:

  • Basic Grooming for dogs/puppies
  • Customer relationship and service management
  • Care, upkeep and maintain the studio, equipment, and animals for its daily operations
  • Be part of the team and share your feedback, thoughts, opinions, and ideas
  • Any other duties, tasks and projects as assigned
Remuneration

  • Basic + Commission (Ranges from $1500 $2000 commensurate with experience)
  • 5 or 6day work week (Weekday and Selected PH off)
  • Annual Leave
  • Quarterly Target Incentives

  • Sponsorship to Grooming Schools (With Bond)
Experience

  • Knowledge/experience of basic grooming (Nail cutting, ear cleaning etc)
  • Fresh Graduates from Pet Grooming School welcomed
  • Knowledge of positive reinforcement
  • Background in animal training, human coaching and/or customer service would be advantageous

Requirements:

  • Physically fit, comfortable working with animals
  • Willing to learn onthejob
  • Not aversive to shampoos/general cleaning agents
  • Able to work on weekends
