About the Role - Job Description:

  • Monitoring trades execution. Conducting audit checks to ensure that orders are executed at the correct levels.
  • Investigating client disputes and analyzing internet trading logs.
  • Maintaining system pricing consistency and connectivity between our clients and service providers.
  • Providing product support on specifications, session times, swaps, Holidays and Margin rates.
  • Preparing various trade reports and processing comprehensive data analysis.
  • Assisting in generating all sorts of traderelated statistics.
  • Performing risk assessment and risk evaluation regarding our systems and company's exposure to the market. Implementing risk management process for the organization.
  • Assisting in the continuous improving and developing of our risk monitoring tool.
  • Maintaining strong market presence by continuously expanding and improving company's product offering.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred
  • Tertiary qualification required
  • Strong attention to details and numeric skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills. MYSQL, MQL and Python skills are advantageous
  • Knowledge regarding MetaTrader as well as technology vendors such as PrimeXM and OneZero is considered an advantage
  • Expertise in equity market is desirable
  • Able to work night shift rotation and on public holidays
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
