What the role is


Science Centre Board is looking for
2 suitable individuals to fill the position of Temp Operations Staff for Escape Room project.


What you will be working on

  • Play briefing video
  • Prepare rooms for groups, including resetting the rooms (15 mins after 1 hour of gameplay), check condition of puzzles/props
  • Start timer for rooms, and ensure that timing is adhered to
  • Assist in gameplay, eg. if help is needed to move on or clues to solve through walkies or on the control panel
  • Training will be provided by the team to ensure that the staff knows the gameplay and puzzles, and how to reset the room
  • There is a control room that is able to control all the puzzles and also serves as a rest area for the staff

What we are looking for
Suitable individuals should preferably be able to commit from July 2023 till December 2023.

Working Days / Hours:

Thursday to Sunday / 4.30pm to 10.30pm (after Science Centre's official operating hours) In case of manpower shortage, you may be asked to work during the day time shift.

$9.00 - $10.00 per hour
