We are on the lookout for a top-notch professional to fill the role of Officer, Transaction Manager - C10 - Hybrid in Singapore. The Transaction Management role involves supporting various aspects of the lending process, such as loan closing, servicing coordination, client onboarding, and quality control.

In this position, your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the team supporting loan origination and lifecycle management for various types of loans.
  • Assisting in creating processes, standards, and implementation of transaction management.
  • Participating in technology design and implementation, including testing and rollout.
  • Providing training and support to staff and business constituents.
  • Collaborating with different business lines to ensure internal policies and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Improving processes, controls, and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.
  • Participating in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.

Additional qualifications that will be considered include experience in global teams, knowledge of wholesale lending, critical decision-making skills, and understanding of regulatory policies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Skills and exposure we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs
  • Experience with visualization tools and loan-related software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Client relationship management skills
