We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a GI & Group Business Pricing Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the GI team within the Actuarial Department.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Leading collaborative efforts with team members and stakeholders to understand customer requirements, develop innovative product offerings, and support product development and implementation
  • Establishing pricing and monitoring mechanisms to enhance the profitability of the business, leveraging data-driven insights from both external and internal sources to refine technical pricing and analytics
  • Gaining exposure to diverse pricing aspects of various Personal Lines and Group products through different distribution channels
  • Overseeing business planning for the GI & Group business
  • This role offers the opportunity to lead a team within the Actuarial department and interact with the Chief Actuary and Senior Management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum years of relevant experience in General Insurance pricing within an actuarial function
  • Significant progress in actuarial exams, with preference for qualified actuaries
  • Proficient in project management, possessing strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in team management, capable of leading projects and providing guidance to direct reports
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in a dynamic work environment, willing to explore innovative work practices
