Main Responsibilities

  • Track and report on competitor's Media & Ecommerce campaigns/strategy.
  • Assist Ecommerce manager with localization briefs for routine site changeover or seasonal animations and consolidate corresponding Ecommerce marketing assets from HQ.
  • Liaise with agency to ensure the timely and accurate changeover of websites
  • Ensure products on ecommerce and eretail sites are properly listed with accurate information.
  • Support daily ecommerce operations and site maintenance
  • Assist Ecommerce Manager on SEO and finetune store fronts to maximize conversion.
  • Liaise with Sephora online team to update Sephora platform and track PCD monthly Eretail support to maximize Dior's visibility on Sephora Platform.
  • Provide backup for Brand website customer service support.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives that can help to drive overall Ebusiness performance in alignment with the brand image.
  • Manage offline event registration & payment process hosted on Ecommerce

Qualifications Your skills and experience**- Able to multi-task and manage timelines.

  • Proficient in google analytics & Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Knowledge in Photoshop or illustrator for artwork adaptation.
