Investor Relations Intern (Hong Kong / Singapore) - Summer 2024- Join our Investor Relations team in Singapore- The D. E.

Shaw group seeks creative, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious students to join our Investor Relations (IR) team as interns in our Hong Kong or Singapore offices in Summer 2024.

As an IR intern, you'll collaborate with a global team of investor relations professionals and learn about the firm's investment strategies, products, and clients.

This role offers the chance to be part of an inclusive and collegial working environment where you will learn, grow, and gain a deeper understanding of what it's like to work with us.

  • What you'll do daytodayYou'll help enhance various communication efforts, conduct prospect
- and investor-focused research, complete a variety of special projects, participate in brainstorming sessions with colleagues, and attend meetings with investors. Throughout the summer, you'll work closely with your manager and other mentors who will support your professional development. You'll exercise existing strengths and develop new ones through our robust, customized learning curriculum designed to help you build a strong foundational knowledge of our firm and industry. You'll also have regular opportunities to learn about us and our industry from internal and external experts, get to know employees across the firm, and enjoy events and outings with other interns and colleagues.
