Cost Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans.
  • Prepare standard documentation reports, valuations, letters, financial reports.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required.
  • Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement.
  • Prepare valuations and cost reports; remeasure as necessary and adjust variations.
  • Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
  • Prepare and agree final accounts.

Requirements:

  • 38 years' experience in quantity survey or cost management.
  • Possess a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably have experience working in the industrial projects or data centre projects.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
