Management Trainee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join at an entry level as a management trainee.

The role may suit a graduate, a person with some work experience who wishes to change careers or a return-to-work person.

Exposure to marketing, trades, customer service or accounting preferred but not essential.

Overview of the role:

To gain knowledge and experience required for promotions to management positions under the direction of experienced managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the client services and operations team
• Network, generate and sustain relationships with variety of consumers
• Achieving and exceeding targets
• Successfully working to deadlines
• Build friendly relationship with consumers
• Support the team with sales and marketing events
• Customer service and management
