Job Summary:

What you will do:

As our SAP MDG Analyst you will;

• Work closely with SMEs and Service architect to define and design the solutions
• Do the detail design and defining test scope scenarios
• Provide solutions to projects and services to other teams in developing and maintaining our global solutions
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables
• Deliver ontime, cost, good quality
• Analyze incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
• Assist with classification and prioritization of incidents
• Conduct incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
• Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of assigned tasks
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the sites and all stakeholders (architect team, project team, SDT & supporting teams)

We believe you have:

• 5 years of relevant experience within Information Management
• Good knowledge of ECC Materials Master, Customer & Vendor
• Good Knowledge of MDG Materials and MDG Business Partner
• Full Lifecycle of MDG Implementation experience
• ABAP Knowledge, BRF & Experience in MDG
• A team player who is also able to work independently, selfmanaging, on problems & issues
• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world
• Strong analytical and logical skills as well as a sense for developing user friendly solution
