Responsibilities:
- Work on corporate growth projects – JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, new business development at the corporate and business unit level
- Dual mission to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing and new product development strategies and to nurture future leaders
- Collaborate with senior management, C-suite, and team leaders to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams.
- Perform financial modeling to evaluate / support acquisitions; deliver financial analysis to key stakeholders
- Enhance advanced financial knowledge and general management skills, build a network internally and externally with various stakeholders
- Compile regular industry research to stay informed of current trends and market updates including the review and analysis of financial, market information, and analyst reports
Job requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any field
- REQUIRED: M&A / IBD / Corporate Finance/ Private Equity/ Corporate Development background, relevant experience: 4-7 years in those areas
- Sector experience not obligatory, open to all-rounders
- Strong team player, emphasizing a familial atmosphere
- High Emotional Intelligence, self-driven, practical
- Proficient in presentations, negotiation, and possess outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
- Adept at working effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization, engaging with senior business and C-level stakeholders, and collaborating within a team setting
- Positive mindset and a readiness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance team
