  • Main role is to assist the ophthalmologist to carry out outpatient clinic by performing basic tests for every patients and advance tests for some patients
  • To Assist specialist in pre-lasik assessment, to ascertain suitability for the procedure and the need for cross linking procedure.
  • To assist specialist in pre-cataract surgery assessment, in particular the IOL calculation and order of the IOL before surgery.
  • To assist specialist in preparation of medical reports, insurance claims and replies to referring doctors.
  • To assist in some administrative matters.
  • To cover the roles of nurses and clinic assistants on occasions when they are not available.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$3, $3,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Optometrist: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

  • Certification in Optometry (minimum Diploma) (preferred)
