Private Banking Operations Support/ Admin Officer

What is the opportunity?


As the Private Banking Operations Support/ Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Private Banking in Singapore.


What will you do?

  • Scanning, indexing, filing and archival are done promptly and accurately
  • Retrieval of physical documents from Iron Mountain as and when required
  • Warehousing of client documents including perming out of closed account files
  • Physical Hold Mail printing and handling (includes verification of client's identity)
  • Physical Vault activities
  • Responsible for efficient and timely management of all requests / processing in accordance to agreed SLA
  • Physical Cheque Handling
  • Provide Support for operational tasks between different RBC entities, eg. Hold mail/ returned mail management
  • Covering reception duties / card access issuance when required
  • Any other adhoc projects / tasks as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • The role would typically require 5 years of experience within an international or global company
  • As the role requires speaking to both International and North Asia based clients, proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is essential
  • Mature and can work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Good team player and result oriented
  • Adherence to procedures and control processes
  • Contribution to process improvements
  • Ability to complete adhoc tasks and project deliverables by deadlines and achieve performance targets set

Nice-to-have

  • Being Diploma/ Degree educated is a nicetohave, but not essential
