Community Outreach Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Communications Manager
  • Attracting and managing a large pool of volunteers within the service boundaries.
  • Managing active ageing activities for the Active Ageing Hubs.
  • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, housevisits and other elderly related activities.
  • Schedule regular housevisits to elderly living alone and frail.
  • Prepare and tract annual budget for community outreach activities.
  • Driving and achieving the required performance indicators stipulated by Ministry of Health.
  • Prepare accurate records and reports on the housevisits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
  • 5days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) maybe required.
  • Strong experience in managing a large team.
  • Preferably with 13 years of experience in outreach activities.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication.
  • Strong experience preparing reports.
  • Good in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Initiativedriven and able to work independently.
  • Detailorientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
