Broad Function


The role of the Senior/ Executive, Office of Clinical Informatics - Users & Accesses (U&A), is to execute and support the U&A functions of the office.

He/she will work closely with the U&A clinician lead and the administrative lead from OCI, together with relevant stakeholders in facilitating and governing user accesses to the New Generation Electronic Medical Record system (NGEMR) and other clinical systems for the purposes of patient care and operations.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Specific_
  • Govern daily requests for WH NGEMR access and queries.
  • Manage the audit review of WH user access to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR)
  • Manage internal WH NGEMR audit review
  • Manage biannual NGEMR User Access List (UAL) review and handshaking with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience or qualifications in one of the following areas of expertise is required: informatics, NGEMR (EPIC), systems development and implementation.
  • Experience or qualifications in healthcare administration and/ or one of the clinical domains is advantageous.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical thinking/ systems thinking skills
  • Resourceful and innovative in problemsolving
  • Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders
