Job Overview:

  • You will be the "Thought Leader" of the organization and influence through technical presentations, advocate best practices, create brand awareness.
  • Travel to major industry conferences, forums/panels, universities and customer offices within the APAC region and beyond. Some of this might happen online/webinars
  • Develop strategic partnerships, knowledge transfer, collaborate with internal sales teams in opportunity development and product enhancement.
  • Regional role, do expect heavy travelling.

The responsibilities include:

  • Engage customers through technical workshop.
  • Plan and support market branding actions, attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations.
  • Develop product/solution sales strategies for regional market.
  • Knowledge transfer to representative office sales and presales.

Job Experiences and Skills:

  • Broad understanding of the solutions business with 8+ years of experience in the enterprise industry.
  • Good understanding of optical Transmission & Access products: SDH, DWDM, GPON and etc.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex optical Transmission & Access design, implementation and support, includes expertise in Company's or Other brand products
  • Knowledge of strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends in order to be able to build solutions is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact with middle and high levels in Client, and Company's internal environment across geography and culture.
  • Experience working for some other optical Transmission & Access principal or partners is considered as a plus
