At Lufthansa Group Asia/Pacific we are seeking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Vice President Sales APAC and Senior Director Sales Southeast Asia.

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity with expansive exposure working for one of the leading global aviation companies.

As the Personal Assistant, you will get the opportunity to work closely with the leader of the company by supporting his or her daily strategic and operational tasks.


The key job responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Strategic Projects and Business Coordination Manager in planning and preparation of internal and external meetings and events, handling all activities like reservations, agenda, catering, invitations, preparation material, PowerPoint presentations, minutes, followup and debriefing.
  • Managing calendar and scheduling of VP.
  • Securing all internal communication flow with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high quality external correspondence/communication for the VP.
  • Organize duty travels (travel/flight bookings, obtaining visa, hotel reservation)
  • Handle and file all important documents and invoices according to internal guidelines.
  • Act as point of contact, coordinate and monitor value added services for the Asia/Pacific region including new colleagues.
  • Ensure discreet handling of all confidential matters.
We are looking for an individual that is passionate, collaborative, and pays attention to detail.

This role is beyond just a personal assistant as you will be the brand ambassador of the Company and Vice President.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • Diploma/Vocational training and Bachelor desirable
  • Encompasses a positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix structured work environment.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to work in a diverse work culture.
  • Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and conflict, with a solution focus approach.
  • Language: Fluent in English. German and Other languages desirable
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the Country of Employment.
