Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Business Development team as their Sales Support.
  • To work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, sea freight, crossborder trucking, and 3rd part freight enquire.
  • To source rates with Airlines & Overseas Agents and overseas handling charges
  • To handle daily shipping coordination of Air/ Sea/ Cross Border Land/ 3rd party shipments.
  • To liaise with various parties when handling shipment (e.g., Export/ Import Dept)
  • To handle daily billing advice, recoveries paperwork and circulation of forms.
