Requirements:

  • Good degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in planning, design and project management of water, fire hydrant and gas supply distribution system for large scale infrastructure or commercial development.
  • Processes good experience in planning, design and implementation of building M&E services including fire protection system, ACMV system, sanitary & plumbing system, lift, and etc.
  • Experience in SCADA or Building Management Systems for monitoring and control of utilities and M&E systems will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self motivated, driven, with assertive and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently to deliver results.
  • Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects.
  • This position is a 3year contract with the possibility of renewal.
