  • Resolves conflicts timely and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Work actively with marketing to ensure smooth and excellent service delivery
  • Handles customer's feedback, complaints, and compliments for quality management
Who We are Looking for?

  • Minimum N Level holders or equivalent and above
  • A Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand severity and dimensions of issues and escalate to Management timely
  • Must be able to handle customers' requests and complaints efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior customer service, callcenter experiences or experiences in handling complaints have a better advantage
  • Have a valid Class 3 Driver's License will be welcome.
  • Must be flexible to work on weekends as it is a 5.5 days' workweek job
  • Independent, discipline, highly organized worker who is able to multitask and a team player
  • Basic from $1800 $2200
