Job Description Summary:
Coordinate flow of materials between Customers and Suppliers according to
Repair work scopes and production schedules. Plan and schedule production and material needs. Communicate priorities, schedules and technical information related to work scopes between internal/external customers and Suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point for all technical and production related activities moving through Asia Repair Solutions (ARS) to designated Suppliers in your portfolio, such that they fulfill all requirements as listed in Customer's Repair Orders.
- Execute Change Management processes, not limited to: Component Repair Directory updates, not limited to pricing, Repair capability etc, with CRD team.
- Support NPI activities, not limited to progress tracking RSS/PCN administration etc. with designated Suppliers in your portfolio, until RRL
- Ensure Suppliers achieve RRL10, including improving supplier performance in the areas of TAT, Yield, DR activity, cost etc.
Achieving these through, and not limited to:
leading improvement projects, liaise with relevant Manufacturing and Repair Engineering functions, data analysis etc.
- Support activities related to meeting Singapore Plant and ARS Metrics.
- Where designated by the portfolio, manage Team member(s) as the People Leader, not limited to Production planning, task delegation and related Facilitatortype transactions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of experiences in Component Repair Activities such as Shop Operations, Customer Service, Repair Engineering etc.
- Experience in NPI activities and Supplier management would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work across different time zones
