Responsibilities

  • Handle over-the-counter transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assist customers with inquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met for total customer satisfaction
  • Engage customers and introduce them to the bank's products and services
  • Offer advice on General Insurance to customers
  • Educate and guide customers towards our digital platform
  • Strive for service excellence, particularly in customer satisfaction metrics like wait time, issue resolution, and feedback handling
  • Identify and escalate issues to management promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience in financial services
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and collaborative team player
  • Highly adaptable and capable of handling uncertainty
  • Proficient in using digital systems & tools such as Branch Connect system
  • Certification in BCP (Basic Insurance Concepts & Principles) and PGI (Personal General Insurance) is mandatory for this role, and selected candidates will need to complete these certifications
  • Working hours are Mondays to Fridays with half-days on Saturdays (off in lieu provided for Saturday work)
