Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise maintenance works carry out by subcontractor
  • Carry out routine inspection and inventory check
  • Prepare and support AV setup for meetings and events
  • Assist user in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Track and escalate issues to vendor or support channel or hotlines
  • Support urgent downtime maintenance activities
  • Support in power shutdown maintenance
  • Issuance, tracking and collection of technology assets
  • Assist in technology pilot runs and initiatives
  • Assist in setting up office productivity software, laptops, mobile devices, printing video conferencing tools
  • Knowledgeable on office productivity software and hardware

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and people management skills, tech savvy, service oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, initiative and able to multitask

Salary:
$2, $2,800.00 per month
