Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, department heads, and management, to understand and document their business processes and requirements for the system.
  • System Analysis: Analyze existing business workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using the system. Perform gap analysis to identify the differences between current processes and the capabilities of the system.
  • System Implementation: Play a crucial role in the implementation of the system. Collaborate with the system implementation team, including vendors and IT professionals, to ensure successful deployment.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the system to align with the organization's specific business needs. This may involve creating custom reports, setting up user roles and permissions, and configuring workflows.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of the system to ensure that it meets the specified requirements and functions correctly. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs during testing.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to endusers on how to effectively use the system. Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Data Management: Manage data migration from legacy systems to the system. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess the performance and effectiveness of the system. Identify areas for optimization and enhancement to improve overall system efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure the system meets the needs of various departments and functions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system configuration, customization, and user guides.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management related to system implementations and upgrades.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in systems and related technologies.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with specific experience in ERP system

ERP Experience:

Business Process Knowledge:

  • Indepth understanding of various business processes, such as finance, accounting, inventory management, sales, and procurement.
  • Ability to analyze and map business processes to ERP system functionalities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in system analysis techniques and tools, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and process flow diagramming.

Project Management:

  • Experience in ERP system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Adaptability:

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving ERP system requirements.
