You will be joining the HR team to support ongoing projects or initiatives related to shaping the evolving landscape of work.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching trends, analysing and presenting data related to the future of workforce
  • Contribute to policy recommendations that promote inclusive employment, skills development, and workplace resilience
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance career mobility and productivity
  • Contribute to ongoing projects focused on the future of work, including automation, inclusion, and responsible business practices including regulatory compliance and corporate environment responsibility
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or any other related disciplines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately
