About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive where you will assist the Finance Director/Manager in managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company.

This role is critical in supporting our financial health and ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of the company's budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Help in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
• Support monthend and yearend close processes.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments, maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with Mandarinspeaking colleagues and clients to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fullspectrum accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarinspeaking colleagues and clients.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
