Production Administrator

Role:
The Production Administrator / Coordinator is in charge of providing administrative and on-the-ground support to the production team. He/She should be able to evaluate production related issues. The Coordinator also performs various duties such as scheduling, inventory management and organisation of the production department.
This role reports to the Head of Production, and works together with the QA, Procurement and Logistics departments to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in administrative support for Production and R&D
- Assisting with resource management to ensure team members have the resources to complete their task
- Assisting in creating and maintaining SOPs
- Coordinating and maintaining packaging and raw material inventory levels
- Performing R&D procedures in a systematic way, and recording all test results
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Ensuring project timelines are met
- Supporting QA/QC procedures to oversee quality testing as and when needed
- Other production related duties as required from time to time
