Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Check customer orders, and verify and process invoices
- Conduct regular followups on outstanding invoices. Check and update payment received.
- Process accounts payable and receivable as needed
- Maintains and updates the customer database
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Provides other clerical duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Able to work under moderate stress in a fastpaced environment
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn software required for the job
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
