Roles & Responsibilities

Instructors for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Learning for Life Programme (LLP) for school students
  • Confidently conduct adventure activities and facilitate students' reflection and learning.
  • Provide safety instructions on technical equipment for adventure activities.
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure participants' safety.
  • Handle admin and logistics tasks for the correct execution of activities.
  • Plan, evaluate, and assess adventure activities to achieve learning goals.
  • Execute tasks in both land and water activities.
Requirements
  • Passion for outdoor adventure programs.
  • Physical fitness with no medical conditions hindering participation.
  • Effective communication and connection with students.
  • Capability to manage stress.
  • Experience and certifications in conducting outdoor activities.
  • Supervisory skills for land and water activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Draw out Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies in participants.
  • Empower participants to enhance resilience and cooperation.
  • Create an enriching environment for the school's LLP values.
  • Foster moral values such as honesty, hard work, respect, cooperation, compassion, and forgiveness.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications in international, regional, or local sports associations.
  • NROC qualification is advantageous.
