Responsibilities

Assist in taking tender BQ (ACMV)
Request quotation from supplier
Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.
Online tender submission.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / M&E services / ACMV would be an added advantage
Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
Computer skills in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
