Job Title: Data Center Customer Operations IIResponsibilities:
- Queue Management / Reporting
- Review work order requests promptly and respond within committed timescales
- Escalate and expedite higher-level orders under supervision
- Proactively follow up on work orders in the queue to support the team
- Maintain detailed notes and records in the ticketing system
- Installations
- Rack and stack customer equipment with guidance
- Support routine installations, including ladder racks, fiber raceways, cable management, and more
- Cross-Connect
- Assist in basic cross-connect troubleshooting
- Testing / Troubleshooting
- Conduct basic testing and routine customer asset installations
- Assist in standard layer 1 cross-connect certification testing
- Learn semi-routine testing procedures under supervision
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Support operations and security personnel as needed
- Customer Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely order execution
- Provide excellent service when interacting with customers
- Set time expectations for new deployments based on SOPs
- Offer on-site support to customers through access and escorting services
- Projects
- Support project fulfillment under close supervision
- Training
- Complete assigned training in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience
