Singapore SALVEUR PTE. LTD. Full time
Manage all service providers and contractors on all maintenance, operations and renovation works and to ensure that all works comply with statutory requirements and code of practice;

  • Handle and oversee the daytoday operations and maintenance of the assigned building(s);
  • Draft work specifications & invite for quotations and tender (if necessary);
  • Source, evaluate quotations and put up approval for repair, replacement, improvement works;
  • Devise and implement maintenance programmes to ensure proper upkeep of properties;
  • Ensure proper and updated file records of all term contracts, service reports, inspection reports, documentations and related correspondences;
  • Work closely with Finance on payment matters;
  • Assist in the preparation of property annual budgets and forecast;
  • Attend to tenants' feedback and requests in timely manner;
  • Promote and maintain strong and positive relationship with tenants, vendors and all stakeholders
  • Prepare Monthly Management Report
  • Manage and supervise technicians assigned to the building(s)
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Facilities Management / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in building operations, IT system and maintenance works, as well as relevant authorities' requirements and current code of practices
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Willingness to be handson when situations require and work with the team to resolve issues
  • Willing to travel to other offsite properties if needed
  • Certification with 'Fire Safety Manager' will be an advantage
