Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up tax-neutral fund structures in Singapore, providing advice on applicable tax incentives.
  • Advise clients on investment-specific acquisition structures and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Offer guidance on tax planning, including structuring carried-interest to minimize tax impact.
  • Support various tax advisory tasks such as legal entity restructuring, fund structuring advice, and more.
  • Contribute to tax due diligence projects, identifying key tax risks and assisting in tax structuring.
  • Handle Singapore corporate tax compliance tasks, including liaising with clients and preparing tax returns.
  • Support business development initiatives by conducting sector research, preparing presentations, and pitches.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory.
  • Fully qualified Accountant with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates motivation, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Has people-oriented personality, analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and works well in a team.
  • Accreditation with Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) is a plus.
