Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports, detailing the completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
  • Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
  • Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
  • Undertake any adhoc duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the engineering department.

Requirements:

  • Meticulous and detailoriented, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in reports and documents.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple reports and tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and tools, including MS Office suite, AutoCAD, or project management software.
