What we seek to accomplish together:

  • Manage all phases of design projects including scope of work, contractor/ subcontractor selection, internal/external kick off, technical requirements, budgets, costs and project scheduling to ensure work is completed to the client's requirements and on time / within budget.
  • Work with project design leads in defining, estimating and negotiating project change orders
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, while monitoring project costs and controls to ensure that projects stay within budget
  • Process project invoices and ensure invoices are paid promptly
  • Contract administration
  • Advise clients and management of any project delays or budget changes and provide resolutions or alternate actions as required
  • Ensure Quality Policy is followed
  • Lead multiple types of projects
  • Familiar with Industry Best Practices

A little about you:

  • Solid experience in endtoend system integration (SI) project delivery and overall project management.
  • Experienced in different Agile methodologies and relevant large scale implementation with big dataanalytics projects as preference
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management ability, to interact professionally with diverse group of key decisionmakers, internally and externally
  • 5+ years working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools

What you might also need to have:

  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, or similar tool
  • Comfortable with talking technology and guiding the teams where needed
  • Sufficient understanding of technology systems to help team overcome roadblocks
  • Effective communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Scrum Master or similar relevant certification is preferred
  • University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other relevant disciplines desirable
  • Excellent communication skill, high proficiency in both verbal and written English
