Job Outline:

  • Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the targets of the assigned territory.
  • Responsible to build effective business relationship with internal & external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
  • Support the sales team by executing the trade plan displays, check and ensure promotions/discounts are executed accurately.
  • Support product penetration strategy, to ensure the increase stock holding of fast-moving products are in place in accordance to the Key Account Manager's direction. Monitor results and provide feedback to the sales team when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned accounts, defined by the organisation.
  • Ensure excellent customer service quality.
  • Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.
Reports submission - frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit:

  • Field activities reports
  • Precall plan
  • Monitor and report activities of competition. Competitive information that is expected to be reported includes price, product launches/refresh, delivery schedule, merchandising and promotion programs, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of scientific knowledge and relevant experience would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in key accounts management with focus in retail pharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Conscientious worker and a team player
  • Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
  • Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.
  • Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office:
Microsoft Word, Excel.

Pay:
$1, $2,000.00 per month
