We are seeking someone with:
  • Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution
  • CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A and Health Insurance Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in Sales, Training & Competence, or Compliance Audit in the Financial Services sector
  • Familiarity with life insurance sales processes and industry regulations such as FAA, LIA MUs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
  • Excellent team collaboration, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Haves:
  • Professional qualifications in AFC, AFP, ChFC, CFP, or formal compliance training

On the job, you will:

Plan and Implementation of the Supervisory Audit Plan:
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to identify branches/units for supervisory audits
  • Conduct audits based on the established plan
  • Prepare findings and provide necessary follow-up actions such as coaching and reviews

Training and Coaching:
  • Deliver training on Supervisory Responsibilities to new supervisors
  • Identify migrating leaders under close supervision and offer coaching

Training & Competency Manual (T&C Manual):
  • Ensure compliance with supervisory requirements outlined in the company T&C Manual

Surveillance:
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to address market misconduct complaints and offer support through coaching

Others:
  • Implement initiatives and processes to enhance supervisory standards
  • Manage projects and assigned team activities
