Job Description:

As QC Checker, you will support the Operations team in data collection and processing in the following areas:

  • Conduct in-person mystery audits to ensure compliance to service standards
  • Conduct telephone interviews to obtain relevant information by asking questions from a prepared outline
  • Contact individuals from a prepared list of names to explain the objectives and protocol
  • Conduct data entry of collected data
  • Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum O levels
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
  • Good listening, interpersonal and interviewing skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Achieving Quota and goaloriented
  • Able to work independently
