Your key responsibilities
  • Drive client engagement by identifying, developing, and marketing hedging and investment solutions in collaboration with global structuring, trading, and research teams
  • Enhance the FM product proposition to institutional clients through new product delivery by closely working with stakeholders in trading, risk, finance, and operations
  • Be the expert in financing, yield enhancement, and risk management for insurance, asset management, and non-bank financial institutions
  • Support APAC FI origination sales in all aspects of the financial markets derivative sales process
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute complex credit, interest rate, and FX transactions with institutional clients
  • Provide pricing support for non-vanilla transactions and ensure the quality of pitching material and follow-up reports
  • Develop value-added services for clients, staying updated on changes in the regulatory environment
  • Support colleagues and clients on FM financing and risk management products
  • Contribute to driving FI CSG business strategy planning by identifying key market opportunities
  • Visit clients and sales locations to pitch solutions, and analyze XVA implications for derivative transactions

As a Director at FM CSG FI, you should have:

  • A degree in econometrics, business economics, financial engineering, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets products, including swaps, forwards, and options
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills and understanding of a bank's financial markets business
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, and a track record of new product delivery
