Assistant Manager/Manager, Talent Attraction

Job Description
You will have a key role in attracting top talents to drive the company's success, collaborating with both internal and external partners to implement strategies for workforce planning, making NTUC Health an employer of choice. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a consistent pool of candidates through different channels, as well as participating in projects to optimize processes and boost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrate at least 7 years of successful experience in a similar role within medium to large, dynamic organizations
Ideal candidate profile: - Strong communication skills to cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders
- Team player with a high level of self-motivation
- Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve creatively in talent acquisition
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities
Skills
Prior experience as an HR Generalist; proficient in local employment laws and recruitment practices
