We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join us as Assistant Vice President, Business Execution Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Business Senior Analyst - C12) in Changi Business Park, Singapore. Real Estate Services (RES) within Enterprise Services & Public Affairs (ESPA) provides cost-effective, safe, and valued real estate solutions to support all Citigroup businesses and employees.

The Business Execution Analyst plays a key role in assisting the international business execution team in achieving objectives. This involves coordinating various administrative activities such as financial tracking, headcount management, and handling ad hoc projects.

In this position, your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with local and regional teams to address requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Aiding in financial tasks such as forecasting, variance analysis, and coordinating financial allocations.
  • Preparing project-related dashboards, metrics, and supporting materials.
  • Assisting in organizing business meetings and following up on action items.
  • Researching, consolidating, and analyzing business requests.
  • Contributing to regional communications, events, and townhalls.
  • Assessing risks associated with business decisions and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Supervising and holding others accountable for maintaining standards.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following skills and experience:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in financial services within a global setting.
  • Strong analytical and business strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and process management abilities.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative spirit and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus.
