  • Responsible for company's IT operation and maintenance and service delivery, cooperate with business team to implement the IT operation and maintenance service process
  • Responsible for the implementation of various types of information infrastructure construction, including IT audits review
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or relevant Microsoft 365 certification
  • Minimum 3 years of IT maintenance work experience
  • At least 1 year of handson experience with Office 365 including Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams
  • Maintain IT security and ITrelated documentation including all equipment inventory
  • General knowledge of Microsoft's modern workplace solutions including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft AD
  • Experience in risk, compliance, and information security policy development
  • Windows Server system, Linux system, Network management capabilities
  • Good communication skills, organization, and coordination skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
