JR55510 SENIOR ENGINEER, NVE PE
As a Non-Volatile Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a crucial role in facilitating NAND New Product Introduction, ensuring a smooth and problem-free launch for both internal and external non-volatile qualification customers.
In this position, you will be part of a team that establishes the necessary infrastructure and processes to hasten NAND development learning cycles, aiming to achieve leading cycle times from initial silicon to approved system.
Moreover, you will collaborate with various Engineering and Development teams to prioritize tasks and ensure the required steps are taken to meet specific product demands. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive NAND development to empower top-notch end products
- Understand NAND reliability specifications and guarantee comprehensive coverage during NAND qualification.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend reliability mitigation algorithms and features. Additionally, formalize the checkout and validation before actual utilization in qualification.
- Determine qualification and reliability test flows.
- Enhance qualification strategy and sampling.
- Assess and tackle reliability failures encountered during Qual with the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with qualification flow execution teams to implement the Qual plan and meet the committed qualification release dates.
- Lead failure analysis efforts from the system level to NAND level to provide feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- PhD, Masters, or Degree in a related field with previous work experience
- Work experience in product Design, Development, Testing, FW development, or Reliability testing.
- Understanding of semiconductor processing, device physics, semiconductor reliability, and device characterization
- Familiarity with non-volatile memory architecture and operation
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problems-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Outstanding project management proficiencies
- Self-driven and passionate
