Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transportationrelated projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify project requirements, develop implementation plans, and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Take charge of implementing transportation solutions for new business acquisitions and expansions.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to understand customer requirements and design efficient transportation networks that align with DHL Supply Chain's service standards and cost objectives.
  • Support the RFQ process by analyzing transportation data, preparing cost models, and collaborating with the Sales team to develop competitive and accurate transportation proposals.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase DHL Supply Chain's transportation capabilities and value proposition.
  • Monitor carrier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain's service level agreements and safety standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance transportation efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Implement strategies for route optimization, load consolidation, and other initiatives that reduce transportation spend while maintaining service excellence.
  • Regularly analyze transportation data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Transport team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in project management, business implementation, and RFQ support.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven and resultsoriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Indepth knowledge of transportation regulations, carrier management, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
