  • The Rates Transformation program is focused on streamlining rates distribution in the region, including interest and FX rates across business lines. The APAC Automation project aims to automate backoffice accounting processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate work across teams and locations.
  • Maintain project documents repository.
  • Utilize standard tools and templates for reporting and change requests.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collect and review user requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate acceptance testing.
  • Provide effort estimation for enhancement requests.
  • Propose technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of Core Banking service modules, including interest/FX rates, capital market, and accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Unix, with COBOL knowledge as an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Clarity, Sailpoint, Cyberark, and ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience or certification in project management methodologies is a plus.
years of experience in Financial Services as a Project Manager with Core Banking exposure.
